A few weeks after COVID-19 was declared a pandemic, music star Billy Ray Cyrus took part in a special meeting. The event was referred to as the “Native Americans & Coronavirus Virtual Town Hall.” And over the course of that gathering, he promised to hand out about 20,000 protective masks to the aforementioned townships, as per the Billboard magazine website.
