Here are the directions to make homemade ice cream cones:

First, you need to heat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

Then, whisk together the egg white, sugar, milk, butter and vanilla into a bowl until everything is well combined. Then, whisk in the flour and salt, mixing until the batter is completely smooth.

Next, spray a baking sheet and spread 1 ½ tablespoons of the batter with a small spatula into a thin, even layer, roughly 6 inches around, and ½” apart. Bake the pan of rounds for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

While the rounds are still very warm, lift each disc and quickly roll from the bottom of where you want the cone to be to shape it. Pull out the shape at the top to make it a wider cone, holding seam side down for 1 to 2 minutes or until the cone cools and hardens.

Then, pop the baking sheet back into the oven to warm up the rounds that have cooled in order to make the cone molding process easier.

If you want, you can dip the cone tops in chocolate and cover them in nuts or sprinkles. Then let them cool in a glass until the chocolate hardens.

In addition, you can easily fill the bottom of the cones with mini marshmallows or even bits of chocolate if you want. Top with ice cream and enjoy!
